Shipping, Processing, Refunds and Exchanges
Each of the listed creations has been designed and created with consideration by Ariane Illustration. On the occasion that you are dissatisfied with your order or have a complaint, please contact email@example.com at your soonest.
Shipping and Processing
In light of COVID-19, it is possible that there are delays in delivery. Typically orders are sent within 5-7 days, however, due to the pandemic there can be an estimated delay of up to a further 3 days.
All orders are monitored and tracked on both ends by Royal Mail, which can take between 3-7 business days. You will always receive an email or text notification on your delivery status, please be sure you have provided one or the other on your order.
Ariane Illustration will not take responsibility for orders sent to incorrect addresses. If the parcel has been received but the addressee returns the parcel, Royal Mail will return to Ariane Illustration and another delivery attempt will be made. Please ensure that the shipping address on your order is correct, including all other relevant information. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately If you have identified that the shipping address is wrong.
Shipping is available to the UK, Europe, USA and Russia. All shipping processes, refunds and exchange methods mentioned here, also apply to international orders.
All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom. As of January 1 2021, due to Brexit, there may be additional fees and or charges on top of orders placed shipping to Europe. These custom regulations and charges are outside of Ariane Illustration’s responsibility. If you have made an order shipping to Europe, kindly check for any fees and charges with your local European custom authorities as these fees would need to covered by the recipient.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sale items are final and cannot be refunded or returned nor exchanged for another item unless your order arrives damaged or faulty.
If your order arrives damaged, please send photo evidence via email including your order details within 3 days of delivery to email@example.com in order to receive a replacement and communication of when your damaged order has been reviewed and confirmation if a replacement will be sent.
On the occasion that you have received your order and an item is missing or not received in an efficient time manner specified in your shipping status a refund may be issued, provided there is sufficient evidence. Should this happen, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, stating the matter, this will be reviewed in order to qualify for a refund. Please note that refund processes are subject to your bank or credit card processing times. All details will be specified and communicated via email.
A lot of care is taken in the packaging and fulfilment of your order and all hopes are that they reach you in great condition and that you’re happy with your purchase, should this not be the case, email email@example.com so that any necessary measures can be taken to reassure your satisfaction.
